Location Tracking Information Has Disappeared In My Orders
When did the location tracking information disappear from our orders? It’s blank and only shows when the package has arrived and left a facility. Nothing in the location column. I can track the number on the USPS site and the locations show there. A customer messaged today asking where the package is shipping from after I purchased shipping.

Amazon seems to have removed the information. You can find it on the carrier’s web site.

No notice was given. I am a pro-seller and am missing the same information. I am surprised they did not remove the column but Amazon seems to hire lazy programmers.
It does not matter much as you should not trust the information Amazon provides. Always go to the carrier’s website for more accurate information.
Seems odd that you need to refer to Amazon’s tracking to state where the package was sent from. How many warehouses do you use? Or have you been lucky to not get caught in the massacre of drop shippers?
