We’ve built several custom automation solutions to streamline our business operations because we couldn’t find a third-party tool that met all our needs as marketplace sellers. These solutions have helped us reduce reliance on employees for repetitive tasks, improve planning, and track employee productivity more effectively.

I’m curious—how do you currently manage your inventory, orders, and daily operations?

1) Do you use any automation tools? If yes, which ones?

2) If not, what’s stopping you? Are existing solutions too expensive, too complex, or simply not a good fit?

3) Would you consider paying for an affordable, tailored solution if it significantly reduced manual effort and improved efficiency, or do you prefer hiring more people to handle operations?
