When a customer leaves a negative review and opts out of communication, leaving you no way to reply or make amends, is it acceptable to use, say, A+ content for the product to publicly respond to these reviews?

I find it frustrating that customers don't read the instructions, make mistakes, and then leave negative feedback with no option to address or question the issue.

Acc. deactivated due violation of "Customer reviews policy violation (correspondence with customers to write or change reviews)" i just requested a positive seller review from only one buyer. can anyone tell me how to Address this violation correctly?????

we ship about 40-50 orders a day but only get about 20 seller reviews a month and these are random so none for 5 days and then 3 in 24 hours

I know only small percentage of customers leave a review but is there any way to get more?

I can see some of our competitors getting 10-20 reviews a day

now this either means they are doing hundreds more orders than us a week (very possible) or they ask for reviews another way?
