Seller Fulfilled Prime, EVRI labels - where to drop them off

Hi all,

I just wanted to check if anyone knows:

We do not have an EVRI collection, but sometimes EVRI labels appear to be an attractive option for SFP in Buy Shipping (we are on Prime Trial). If we wanted to use this shipping option where can parcels with such labels be dropped off? I tried dropping at an EVRI shop, but they said they didn’t accept this kind of label!

Any advice would be appreciated.

For SFP you should be registering direct with Evri for collection. For standard shipping parcels can be dropped off, but it seems there is an ongoing issue with getting the labels accepted at drop off locations.
