Does GTIN exemption cover all amazon Marktes?

Hello - total newbie here - and having troubling finding answers. I have a GTIN exemption in one category, into which I’m trying to upload products for global markets. But, Printful is failing to upload the products to any amazon marketplace, saying I have a GTIN issues. Does anyone have any insight on this? Thanks, Charlotte

 I believe that the GTIN exemption only applies for each Amazon marketplace and product category where you applied for it.
