Can Amazon force buyers to enter a street address instead of PO Box

Several times a year we receive an order with the only address on the order being a PO Box - causing us to follow up until we receive the street address. Our products cannot be delivered to a PO Box (they are too large, for one.) Is there a setting that we can control in Seller Central, or better yet, is there a universal change that Amazon can make which will force buyers to choose only a street address when identifying their Ship-to location?
