Regarding Pending Fund Transfer

On 20 September I participated in a video call from Amazon to discuss the distribution of the funds. Following this meeting I received an email on 22 September confirming that the outcome was positive and that the funds would be transferred to me within 7-12 business days. I have sent these to you for your review, which you can see below in the Attachment.
However, as of today, I have not yet received the payment. Please I would like to request an update on the status of the transfer and if possible, I would ask you to speed up the process as the funds are urgently needed.
