How is Prime day going for everyone?

Almost midday and for me it’s actually worse than any other normal day so far! :joy::sweat_smile:

can’t really comment, I’ve no prime offers, and since I live in NI had to add about 3 days onto my dispatch time to cover the local bank holidays

Not saying anything to do with you, but as a consumer I have to say ‘Prime Day’ is exceedingly flat.

Overall, discounts aren’t very discount-y and for the most part, everything I was watching to see if it went down, hasn’t, or went up first.

If my experience is anything to go by, I doubt other consumers are particularly excited by it.

Also - something to bear in mind - absolutely everyone and their cousins are running increasingly panicked sales and offers on their own websites. I think that customers are probably getting a bit numb to the sales tactic of contrived/planned discount days.

we have never taken part in prime day in previous years and sales have gone up and more people visit the site.

But as others have said, the cost on selling on amazon with all the current issues no way can we reduce our prices at the moment.

We are doing more / better offers on our own platforms ATM
