Sending Hazmat Items to Amazon Warehouse

I am enrolled in the Dangerous Goods program. I am planning on selling perfume via FBA. How do I send the items to Amazon? Is the manufacturer's packaging good enough? Do they need wrapping in bubble wrap or a clear poly bag? I can't find information on how to send them and which labels to attach to the box. The items are already listed on Amazon, so I don't need to worry about the listing, just transportation for FBA

Hello @Seller_w7EgK0SPKpwqZ,

Arish here from Seller Forums. Great to hear you're already enrolled in the Dangerous Goods programme! Since perfume is classified as a Class 3 Flammable Liquid, it must be packed in limited quantities to be eligible for FBA. For the packaging, as perfume is a liquid in a glass container, each unit must be in a corrugated box, with a double-sealed screw cap, and the volume must be 1 litre or less. Each unit also needs to pass a drop test from 125 cm without leaking. On top of that, since it's glass, we recommend wrapping each bottle in bubble wrap before placing it in the corrugated box to prevent breakage.

For labelling, each unit needs an FNSKU barcode label, your shipping boxes need the FBA shipment labels from the Send to Amazon workflow, and for Dangerous Goods in limited quantities. Here are the key help pages for reference:

If you have any further questions during the shipment process, feel free to post back here!
