Varying Disbursement rules for different Amazon Country Sites

I find it bewildering that different Amazon Country sites have different rules about disbursement frequency as well as length of time it takes from disbursement to hitting the bank.

I’m a UK based seller disbursing to a UK Bank (usually before 5pm UK time):
No Reserve except business sales in the case of DE where some customers get credit.

Here are my current levels:

UK Disperse once every 24 hours - No Reserve - Hits bank 3-4 days from request
DE Disperse once every 24 hours - No Reserve - Hits bank same day
FR Disperse once every 24 hours - No Reserve - Hits bank same day
ES Disperse once every 24 hours - No Reserve - Hits bank same day
IT Disperse once every 24 hours - No Reserve - Hits bank same day
NL Disperse once every 24 hours - Account Level Reserve - Hits bank same day
AU Disperse once every 24 hours - Account Level Reserve - Hits bank same day
US Disperse once very 2 Weeks - No Reserve - Hits Bank the same day
US Disperse once very 2 Weeks - No Reserve - Hits Bank the same day

Why does it take my home account disbursement longer to reach my account?

I understand the reasoning behind account level reserves for new sellers, but why cant they just be for a probationary period.

Why cant they be the same across all selling accounts, mind you, Amazon will probably agree and change them all to match the AU one!!

Anyone managed to change their dispersemant time?

What are other experiences?

Yes, it is crazy, but has always been like that - taking days in UK.

The simple answer to that, it that they don’t use the “Faster payments system” in the UK.
There was a test run a while back, but it only lasted a week or two before it went back.
I can only presume that there are actually technical issues preventing it being used properly.
