What do I need to enroll in the Dangerous Goods Program?

The product is a dangerous goods that can be delivered. It has passed the dangerous goods review plan, and it has been more than 400 days since I applied for the dangerous goods plan. There has been no news. I need help. How can I join the dangerous goods plan? Can anyone help me?
