Competing against Amazon on same ASIN
Recently Amazon started to sell the same product B09MZGBC64 as I and several other third party sellers.
Amazon gradually lowers the price, other sellers on the Listing follow suit, until everyone reaches their minimum price and stops. Amazon gets the Buy Box. Amazon drops the price even more. Then the sellers get an email that our offers are not eligible for Buy Box because it is not competitive enough. Additionally, as every seller is scrambling to sell all their stock at a loss, Amazon goes ahead and starts buying up the sellers stocks at their lowest price.
I'd like to hear everyone's thoughts on this fair competition and how Amazon is allowed to sell the same items as third party sellers, as there is inherently huge anti-competitive issues here. Having the arrogance to tell us our offers arent competitive because amazon fixed the price, and then buying out everyone's stock at lowest price really takes the cake.

Wie du an den Produktbechreibungen des Hersteller siehst, nimmt er am Vendor-Programm von Amazon teil. Dh im Prinzip konkurrierst du auf einem MARKPTPLATZ gegen den Hersteller - Das ist natürlich ein No-Go und solche Artikel verkauft man ab und delistet sie... Auch wenn sie die EU-Komission mal durhcsetzen sollte, und Amazon den Verkauf untersagen - wirst du immer noch gegen den Hersteller konkurrieren und wirst immernoch niemals seinen VK erreichen können - Zumal du vermutlich nicht einmal direkt bei dem Hersteller kaufst - sondern über 2-3 Hand.
