hi everyone i woulk like why some customers buy some products they used like for caple months in they send back the product n ask for refund that's verry bad i salle 1 pair shoes new condition when the customer send it back they use it in ask for refund

Two things -- first of all, it's AMAZON so they can get away with stuff like that.
Second, if it truly is more than 30 days the returns are not supposed to be accepted since the time has run out after 30 days from receipt (except at freaking Christmas time).
Are you doing FBA or FBM?
AND, what brand shoes are you selling? Some can be fatal to your account.
