Can't get my account deactivated

Hi There,

My account keeps getting rejected but I don’t know why.

I called customer service and they asked for a utilities account. Unfortunately we work out of a co-working space and its all baked into our rent. I submitted the invoice and still I get rejected.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Best,

Yousef

When they ask for a utility bill it is usually a personal one for your home, to verify your personal ID.
