Unable to enter tracking and dispatch orders that are "Business customer Invoice by Amazon"

Hi , like the title suggests , I am unable to enter tracking numbers and confirm dispatch of business orders only , all other orders are fine , error code with exclamation mark error on the shipping page is

Dispatch from:

Invoice by Amazon orders can only be shipped from locations where you have a valid VAT registration number. Go to 'Shipping Settings > General Shipping Settings' to add a valid default delivery address in your VAT registered country.

Never had this problem before and have valid VAT number registered and valid default delivery address hasn't changed and always worked for over 10 years. Cant open a case with amazon about it either .

Urgent help needed.

I cannot mark a standard order as dispatched this morning. Seeing as we have to dispatch within a certain time frame, asking us to reach out to Seller Support is a waste of time. Clearly there is an issue that SS cannot deal with. SNAFU!

Exact same issue as you were facing.

Invoice by Amazon orders can only be shipped from locations where you have a valid VAT registration number. Go to 'Shipping Settings > General Shipping Settings' to add a valid default delivery address in your VAT registered country.

Still broken, 100's of orders shipped - but we have not been able to update the orders to reflect this.

So essentially we have not been paid for these orders and they are all at risk of cancellation.

Customers cannot see that we have shipped them either.

Metrics will obviously be affected.

Does anyone care, I very much doubt it. Will it get sorted - maybe - three days in and no sign of a fix.

This is an issue for us as well so obviously an Amazon Back End Code issue that they are not dealing with.

Can I suggest an email directly to managingdirector@amazon.co.uk and hopefully this will be addressed. The more that contact his CS team hopefully the quicker it is responded to as standard Customer Support is not very helpful.

Pleased to confirm issue has been fixed. Although Amazon did not advise us that it had been.

Painful as always.

All ordered have had correct shipping information input - but metrics will still be affected.

We had over 500 orders which were effected in three or so days!

Our account is now at risk of deactivation, our health score is 1000 out of 1000.

Hardly seems fair that we are punished because of an issue caused by Amazon fiddling in the back end.

Yes - I've had this problem. Raised it with Customer Support who didn't manage to offer any support. Resulted in refunds to 3 customers who had their items delivered.

Case is still with Customer Support after 3 weeks. They seem oblivous to the issue.

I have now removed myself from the option for Amazon to purchase my items.
