Order Cancellation Emails Bug
Hello all - wondering if anyone is getting the same error/bug we are on Order Cancellation emails? It’s now no longer displaying the order number, just a I assume coded replacement - see image. The link still works - just the number not displaying.
Obviously should query with seller support…but…ungh. Do I really believe anything will happen?

We got one over the weekend with this bug. Luckily, the order is still being highlighted in the orders section so I was able to find which it was.

I had one on Saturday with no order number.
Strangely the order was still in pending when I got the email and is still in pending now as I can’t cancel a pending order.

Amazon tech have edited that email template but had their keyboard setup for the incorrect country when coding it, so the # shows up as a £, breaking the template and not displaying the order id.

Had a request for a cancellation last night with same issue. Around 21.00, I believe. Edit - 19.21 it came through.

Just getting an email which clearly isn’t any use isn’t as good as it used to be where we got a message and could quickly and easily accept the cancellation from there instead of trawling through the orders and playing spot the cancellation.
