Help, selling childrens toys, EC declaration of conformity?

hiya, ive been selling jellycat cuddly toys for a while now and all of a sudden amazon have popped up with this requirement, EC declaration of conformity…

Name and full business address or that of your authorised representative
Product’s serial number, model or type identification
Should state that you take full responsibility for the declaration. Should show the relevant legislation with which the product complies, as well as any harmonised standards or other means used to prove compliance.
Name, signature and position of person signing
The date on which the declaration was issued

i have no idea where to start, do i contact jellycat the manufacturer?? please help
