One of my listings parent asin looking in search suppressed listings.

When I contacted with seller support team they keep saying your parent asin cannot be seen, but I ask so why is it looking as search and suppressed even tough I have inventory with that item.

I have no idea what the problem is and even tough I created multiple cases and multiple calls, chats with amazon, still have no solution.

I personally see and think that my child listings clicks and impressions are low because of this problem.

Can someone help me out about what to do please?

I have set up a number of parent and child ASINS over past year or so but the latest one I have tried to create is failing every time. I have created the child ASINs and a parent one ready to link but when I go into variations on the parent ASIN, it automatically puts the parent ASIN in as the first variation. I use the 'style' option to differentiate my products and I have double checked that there is nothing in this field on the product page of the parent ASIN. Also, once I've gone into the variations tab on the parent ASIN, it automatically creates red alerts on the 'offer' tab as my price has now disappeared, and the parent SKU field is now empty as well as the title on the Product information page. Seems very glitchy and I haven't had these problems before.

I've been on to Amazon help so many times over the past couple of weeks and we have got literally nowhere. Can anyone give me any suggestions please?

I have an ASIN that is active . I need help finding the diagnostics tool to determine which team suppressed this ASIN. Supports response (We have reviewed this ASIN and confirmed that it was not suppressed by the Sexually Explicit Products team. Please use the diagnostics tools available in CSI to determine the correct suppression team for assistance.)

The ASIN is B0CXMN784Y and is Active with stock and I can't seem to see any issues

We have also had no performance, account and email notifications
