Unable to sell GST exempted products

I’ve been facing while trying to sell GST exempted products on Amazon. As per Indian laws, I am not required to register for GST to sell seeds for sowing. Additionally, Amazon’s help pages clearly state that sellers dealing exclusively in GST exempted products do not need to register for GST.

However, despite this information, I’ve encountered difficulties. When adding products, I receive an error while requesting exemption for GST. Has anyone else faced a similar issue? If so, how did you resolve it?
