Selling on Amazon: Your listing is under review

Received the following email today requesting an invoice for one of my items. I have an invoice, but when I responded to the email (as requested), I got a response that messages sent to that address are not read (obviously as it came from donotreply type of email)
So how do I submit the invoice? I have no cases or warnings on my account that I need to appeal to:

I think it sends an no-reply bounce email but messages are received by them

So I sent an invoice to pq-offer-review@amazon.co.uk on Monday, but until now received to response, not even acknowledgement they received my email.
Is this normal? Would be nice to get some sort of response from them

So nice development of my story.
I sent an invoice as others suggested here clearly marked the ASIN and provided all information for supplier. Within short time I got notification (also got it in my perforamnce notifications in WRITING) that they reviewed the information and I may continue selling the ASIN.

Just now I received another email this time from no-replies-appeals@amazon.co.uk saying they took my listing down for exactly same reasons and ask exactly same information - supplier information and invoice no older than 365 days.

IS THIS A F***NG JOKE? Is anything connected in their support department???
