Creating a brand new account using my business entity

I have been having my personal seller account since 2017 when I used to sell used books on Amazon and now I am trying to start selling another products again but in a more professional way by using my LLC information. I know I can simply update my profile into my business but I am wondering if I close out my personal account and open up a brand new account using my business, am I eligible for the new seller incentives?
