Unable to view seller’s listings
I’m unable to view a couple of sellers listings .
I know they are listed as I’ve recently bought from both of them and also many times in the past.
But after leaving positive feedback for both, their lists seem to have disappeared and I am unable to view them from any of my devices.
Both sellers say they are currently listed .
Can anyone give an explanation as to why this might be given that both sellers have told me they are currently listing ?
Regards

I think it’s something to do with whether they are a business seller or not.
I might be wrong, as it might be whether they are on the paid account or individual.

Try searching incognito or make sure your address top left is a UK one. The products a buyer sees now varies depending on their address.

If you mean their storefronts via their seller profile page, only pro accounts now show all products listed together.
For their item you gave feedback on, find it in “your orders”, then click on it to see if it is still listed.

Thank you folks.
Searching “incognito” makes no difference I still can’t see their listed products on their storefront.
Strange this as I’ve always been able to see the two sellers in question.
I’ve been buying from them for a year or two.
It’s only since I left positive feedback in quick succession this last week that Ive had no access.

Just to be clear.
I can visit the sellers storefront because I have ordered via them before and just click their name from the previous order.
But I can no longer view their “products “ link which was previously to the right of the “help” link on the storefront.
So we have on the storefront : “Reviews, Warranties and Refunds” “Delivery” “Policies” “Help” then after that used to be “Products”.

First time I’ve posted on the forum . I’m a non-pro BMVD seller and the removal of the products link will definitely affect sales. Many return customers used this link to see what other books I had and would perhaps buy two or three at the same time. Selling specialist books on one subject will now be made that much harder as potential customers will only be able to search the site generally, assuming they know the title they’re looking for. Another unnecessary ‘improvement’ which will impact sales from me and all non-pro sellers. Why can’t Amazon stop trying to fix things that aren’t broken ?

As discussed, I am putting the below recap on Amazon guidelines and T&Cs changes as I am aware that it could be useful for you.
Top highlight
- Amazon is expending to Amazon.nl, More information here.
Amazon is depreciating the “Product tab” within sellers Profile Page to ensure a better buyer experience for customers.· Sellers who abuse buyer Seller messaging policies will have their abilities to send proactive messages to buyers restricted.
· Amazon will try to implement an ODR protection against AZ claims reporting delivery issues when Sellers are purchasing Buy Shipping and shipping on time. Implementation / timelines are still TBC.
New features
· Amazon launches Amazon Accelerator to enable manufacturers to launch brands and innovative products exclusively on Amazon .
Country specific
· IT/ES: SFP Sellers now have an option ton contact Seller support on Seller Central to get help . More information here.

The ‘products’ tab appears to be still available on pro-sellers listings, allowing buyers to see their entire stock, but appears to have been removed from all non-pro sellers. If this is supposed to make for a better buyer experience (though I cannot see how this is the case) then being able to see a pro-seller’s items is by implication a worse buyer experience. It does seem to be giving subscribing pro-sellers an advantage. I suppose you get what you pay for, though ultimately it will impact sales and consequently Amazon’s commission. A thoroughly daft idea and unnecessary tinkering with the way the site works.
