Can a human help for once?
We have been getting the same reply after sending required documents for verification multiple times for the past 2 months and it's getting really irritating that we have our funds witheld on an issue there is no basis for legally. We as a limited company, based and operating in the UK shouldn't have to go through AI verification systems that don't seem to acknowledge or understand what's being sent to them. We've sent in all the required documents on multiple occassions that keep getting rejected. I am not sure what Amazon is seeking from treating us like this? Don't they want us to sell on there anymore? If this doesn't get resolved then how can Amazon expect us to continue using their platform?
We need someone to deal with this matter ASAP as it's really pushing us away from Amazon.

As your companies house address is a virtual one, Amazon cant see that you actually run your company from there, that is what they are looking for. What address does stock get delivered to and is that on your account? what address do you work from, is that the same? you may just simply need to add additional addresses in
