Can anyone help me with an action plan on removal of second day shipping

– An order count greater than or equal to 10 orders in the past 30 days across all shipping options.
– A valid tracking rate of a 100%.
– It is possible to obtain a valid tracking number or inquiry slip number by using shipping traders that can be tracked from Amazon such as Royal Mail, MyHermes, Yodel, DPD, ParcelForce, TNT, DHL, DX Secure, UPS, Panther, ARROW XL, and Collect+.
– An on-time delivery score greater than or equal to 97%.
– A seller-initiated order cancellation rate less than 0.5%.
Ok so I know its my valid tracking rate which is only 16%. I use DHL/UK mail/ parcelforce or MyHermes on all my parcels with which the tracking number is put in at the time of dispatch. All my parcels are tracked and scanned at numerous points and I am able to follow them to the point of signature with the customer. They are never dispatched late . I cannot get any answers from amazon as to why my valid tracking rate is low and if I open a case I am told to email seller support who do not reply. I dont know what I can put in an action plan that is any different to what I have already told them so if anyone is able to advise me I would really appreciate the help

For SFP orders, only approved couriers can be used… Last I looked, it is Royal Mail Track, DPD and Amazon Logistics. Anything else is not going to count.

Hi all, my apologies as the email from seller support confused me. I have never wanted to sell under SFP and didn’t request to sell under premium delivery . I was selling with normal delivery and also two day shipping. It was the two day shipping that they keep saying I am now unelligable for and that’s what I want to resolve . I still cannot see any reason given their criteria that my valid tracking rate is so low and they just give me the same answers back all of which make no sense.
