Removed Listings after Approved Authorization Letters

We have constantly been receiving notifications of our listings being taken down due to trademark misuse of another name brand fabric. We have been given the necessary authorization letters to sell the name brand&#39;s product and we have provided them to Amazon, yet the listings continue to be taken down. It has been extremely inconsistent based on who we speak to if some or none of the listings get reinstated and we continue to have to submit case files. Has anyone else experienced this?
