Hmmmm...Offer Returnless Refunds for low-value or customised products

What do you think of this new roll-out they are doing?

I’m a bit concerned because I’d rather take the odd issue on the chin than for Amazon customers to now realise there’s an option to keep an item and end up not paying for it!

There are a minority of customers that see a loophole and immediately take advantage.

I get few returns… nevertheless, I’ve had returns that quite honestly are a joke! Items they have obviously used, sometimes for many months - but still… I’d much rather they was inconvenienced with a return. I always recall them just so I can see the issue.

I can see some sellers would see the advantages of this but I definitely don’t. Taking things on the chin is part and parcel of being a seller… but I think rolling it out now with an option means in the longer term this may become mandatory.

What is your opinion?
