Amazon A-Z claim Unfair Decision
What is the amazon claim team decision? we are tired of injustice , destroying business , playing games on the computer , and amazon nonsense , despite all the insane , the track number is evidence , pictures are evidence , coordinate evidence , what else is expected , what kind of investigation was made and the refund was made to the customer , why can't I defend my right in any way I can't do anything except insult you.
no investigation was made , the money was refunded and A-Z claim team decided as if the product was not delivered , what kind of management is this , how unfair is this , I suggest you , everyone can order and even if the product is delivered , apply to amazon immediately , apply if the product is not received , you will get a refund because they don't care about your loss , it's so racist , i started selling stressful days in my life on amazon , i turned my life off , one day i will visit this company and ask how they work these uneducated , unprofessional people ,

If this is just a rant that is fine.
In order to win an A-Z Amazon state you must use a signature service. Did you use a signature service?
Even with a signature service it is not guaranteed you will win and sometimes Amazon side with the customer.
If the order is high value and you have proof it was delivered you could consider a letter before action to Amazon followed by a legal claim. You are not allowed under Amazon T&C's to take any action against the customer.

Depends on what you call winning or losing and who is funding etc.
To win an A-Z is actually straight forward and happy to say I have won more than I have lost.
Most importantly is buy shipping. If the item is delivered and you have used buy shipping it will go one of 2 ways. It will either be withdrawn or granted but seller funded. This is provided it has a scan, delivered on time etc.
If you do not use buy shipping, you are on shaky ground I'm afraid but I have won one or 2 of these on appeal.
It is hard but lastly you just have to factor in the fact that you will end up losing the odd one or two without reason and factor this into your business model.
I have to state that I don't send anything with a signature these days it doesn't require it no practical especially if you use safeplave etc..
The main loophole is if a customer makes a query on an order before delivery and then raises a case afterwards. The system seems to automatically award them. I was once scammed when a customer snet an email shrtly after ordering querying whether I had the order. I respnded with yes and a few days later it was delivered. they raised an A-Z and it automatically awarded it to them. I alerted Amazon and to this day nothing was ever actioned over it.
