Premium Shipping Eligibility Calculation Broken
So we lost our Premium Shipping Eligibility this yesterday however it is due to the fact that tracking has not updated in Amazon for all orders due to be delivered on or after 26 September. Out of 21 defects, only 1 is correctly identified as a defect. The rest were delivered on time.
Clearly there is a problem with the Amazon - Royal Mail connection.
