Yes - I think the problem is at Royal Mail's end. I just printed off my manifest for a different platform directly via click and drop, and it generated an emergency manifest rather than a normal one. My amazon paperwork is also stuck on In Progress.

Shipstation + Click and Drop worked fine for us, Amazon the only one Stuck in Progress as the moment. Hoping it sorts it self before collection!

Issue with both RM C&D and Amazon.
RM issuing an E (emergency) manifest and Amazon's just "in progress" for over 20 minutes.
I advise to screenshot the Amazon screen showing "in progress" as evidence, in case Amazon come calling further down the line with the "not shipped on time" nugget.
