Unable to complete Seller Verification Process. Any Help Appreciated!

I received an "Action Required: Verify your selling on Amazon account" notice via Performance Notifications. I clicked on the link provided: "Begin Verification in North America". The link just takes me back to my "Account Info" page. I'm not able to engage the process to upload any verification docs. I'm using Microsoft Edge and enabled popups in case they are using a pop up window. Tried on Safari, again no luck. Just get taken back to Account Info page - dead in the water.

How long ago did you receive the Performance Notification? It may be that the verification process hasn't populated on your Account Health page just yet.

Is there anywhere on you Seller Account Information page to click and begin the verification process? (Settings --> Account Info)
