ASIN stuck in FC Transfer for over 365+ Days
Hi,
I'm at my wits end. I have an ASIN that has been stuck in FC transfer for over 365+ days. I actually stopped selling the ASIN roughly a year and a half ago. Seven months ago I discovered the issue when I checked my "Open Orders" and noticed that I had 25 FBA customer pending orders for this ASIN that were over six months ago. I immediately reached out to selling support over and had them cancel the orders. According to seller support the FBA Pending orders should have been automatically cancelled but for some reason they were not. The inventory showed back up and I put them back up for sale. The ASIN sold out within two days. Three weeks later I noticed the ASIN's FBA Orders were again in pending status and not shipped. I waited another week and they were still there. I again called seller support and had them cancel the FBA pending orders. When the ASIN appeared back in my inventory I shut the listing down and tried to create a removal order. At that time the ASIN wasn't available for removal.
Here's the fun part..
Time passed.. Roughly two months or so.. I checked back to see if I could finally remove the ASIN and it was still not available.
Late Jun I contacted seller support and opened a case. The internal team responded and stated the ASIN was in FC transfer and to wait 3-5 days. So I waited two weeks and checked back. The ASIN was still not available. I created another case. The internal team responded and stated yet again the ASIN was in FC transfer and to wait 3-5 days. I waited three weeks and checked back again. The ASIN was still not available. I opened another case and referenced both prior cases. The internal team responded yet again with .. Wait another 3-5 days..
How do I break through? I've called but I get the same internal team canned answer even after I mention the previous three cases..
Here's the latest reply with the same 3-5 days response.

On checking, we see the ### FC processing units are in supplemental FC: ATL7. This is a reason unit are in FC processing. The Supplemental fulfillment centers will hold the excess inventory for 3-4 fulfillment centers each. They will only receive inventory and will not outbound directly to a customer, seller or vendor. Instead, they will transship into standard fulfillment centers to support removals.
Our internal team reviewed and informed the 25 units has been transshipped to normal FC.
Our internal team reviewed and informed the units will be moved to normal FC within 3-5 days. Please allow 3-5 days for transfer to process to complete.

Hi @Seller_p7fZ5OJOffXhc, this sounds so frustrating! May I have any relevant case IDs pertaining to these transferring items? I will look into it.
