Is anyone having difficulty creating a shipment? Error message

I get to part of shipment creation and I get an Error

Error:

Something has gone wrong. Try refreshing the page. If that does not work, please delete the workflow and create a new one.

Spoken with SS, cleared cache, deleted workflow and started again, problem persists and can't get past it. Any ideas?

had the same problem using Safari but i switched to CHROME and it was ok
