How to correct the size of my item
The FBA has the wrong size of my item. I’m selling mini nail varnish for £1.80 and amazon charged me £3.52 and I’m in debt. I need to pay amazon £1.72 when I asked them why this they said it is for the size and dimension of my item. Could you help me by telling me how I can fix it? to put the correct size

You will need to get Amazon to do a remeasurement on the item.
On seller home page in the search box type in 'Remeasure Item' and you will be asked for some information about the size of your item and it will create a case for Amazon to remeasure it.
Be aware they ask for your item dimensions in inches and pounds so use an online convertor to convert your measurements.
You also need to make sure your item is enrolled in Small and Light to get the best fees. This assumes it meets the criteria as I am not sure if Nail Varnish is hazardous or not.
Also Small and Light finishes next month and the fees go up by up so be aware of that.
However £1.80 seems really cheap for a FBA item even on Small and Light. I send really small items and I couldn't manage to sell mine at £1.80 unless I am clearing. Are you sure you have the price right and have taken account of all your fees?

The size isn't your issue. This is way to low a price point for any FBA item.
You need to research FBA fees.
