Customer cancels order under Offers
recently i got to know that many orders do get cancelled coz when customer places an order under some offered price lets say, if there is an offer saying you will get a discount / cashback of Rs.200 if you place an order of minimum rs. 3000, then what the customer does is that they will pick up some random product which they really don't want to buy, but just for the sake of bringing the total value to rs.3000, they will add some unwanted product to the cart and place the order to get cashback / discount of Rs.200. Then once they get this offer benefit, they go back and cancel the unwanted product.
This is a loss to the seller of that particular canceled product as he /she spends time, efforts and money in packaging but customers misuse such offers provided by amazon. So what do you guys suggest, we as seller should do to avoid such cancelations from customers and also what action should Amazon take against such customers?
