Suspected IP violation - Letter of authorisation no longer accepted - is that correct or not?

The listing was removed for a Suspected IP violation. We are an authorised reseller of the Letistitch brand and sent a letter of authorisation from the company. In response Amazon stated 'please note that according to Amazon policy Amazon is not accepting "Letter of Authorization" as a valid document anymore. Thus, if you want to continue using the existing brand name: Please share a "Licensing Agreement" proving that you're authorized by the rights owner to create and list products using "LETISTITCH" trademarked term.'

I obtained a licensing agreement and submitted it. Amazon then stated ' If you want to continue using the existing brand name: Share a letter of authorisation or licensing agreement proving that you're authorised by the rights owner to create and list products using [LETISTITCH] trademarked term.'

I submitted both documents together and received the response 'our system has removed your listings due to your product might not respect the intellectual property rights of the brand ''LETISTITCH''.' Has anyone got any clues how to overcome this?
