Read onlyHi does anyone have any idea or contact phone number a email address or something where someone actually replies and not a bot this is absolutely disgusting iv been on phone for 4 hours being given numerous numbers and email address to get a bot reply of we can not help you - i just want 5 minutes of a live person thats all not a lot to ask from a big so called company like this any help of anyone id appreciate it

You need to open a case with Seller Support 'Help' top right, and as long as you are on the professional selling plan (pay £30 a month) you can request a call back. If not on pro plan, has to be via opening a case. Your tag to the forum mod will not be seen as not highlighted in blue. eg. @Sarah_Amzn
