Read onlyDoes anyone know why Evir labels don't scan at the parcel shop? I had a problem 6 months ago and ended up cancelling all the labels and going with Royal Mail. I thought I'd try again today but it's the same problem. None of the shops will take it... why is Amazon showing it as an option if the labels don't scan? Is there a way round it?
As an update, InPost locker allowed it to be scanned. It's yet to be picked up but I have no idea why the shop scanners won't accept it. This seems a glitch with Amazon
I found that if you print off labels using the Evri Standard service the label would not scan. I use the Evri Standard - Drop off option - there have been no problems up to now with this.
Do you get 2 Evri options? One is drop off and 1 is standard and 2p cheaper, standard is when you have an evri account linked to amazon, the other is for no linked account, if no account is linked use drop off and it should scan at the shop
