Cannot update product photos
Hi all,
I've been trying to update my product photos on Amazon. The product has not yet launched. However, my uploaded photos are not shown after more than 24 hours. Amazon system claims that if approved, the images should show within 24hr.
I have checked to make sure the photos adhere to Amazon's requirements (white background etc). I've try to contact seller support but the great Amazon system keeps leading me to the dead end - "Our display logic selects images that represents the product they are associated with. Although you have contributed images, please understand that our display logic may still select images that are different to yours. However, they will display the right product."
I'm the brand owner, and the product is not yet launch, and clearly nobody is selling the product beside me. Then why do they keep throwing this response? Anybody has experience dealing with this?

Thanks for posting to the Forums. As @Seller_LImVvUWeyiCfQpointed out, those related threads may have solutions you're looking for, including the suggestion of attempting to delete the listing, waiting 48 hours and then relisting it with the same ASIN and SKU with your new images via Upload.
If those threads don't work, feel free to include your case ID, and I'll review to see what options exist for escalation.
