Effective as of May 15, 2025, we’re updating UK Multi-Channel Fulfilment (MCF) fees. These updates include rate changes for certain size bands and a consolidation of our oversize bands.

Key updates to Multi-Channel Fulfilment fees and size tiers are as follows:

• We’ll introduce a new Light Envelope category with weight starting from 20 g. Envelope rates will be reduced by an average of 2.7%, and multi-unit orders in the Extra Large Envelope 960 g band will be reduced by up to 12% .
• We’ll maintain current rates for small parcel and standard parcel shipments and reduce rates on the small parcels’ 3.9-kg size band.
• We’ll consolidate our oversize pricing structure from the current 27 size bands to 12 bands. This new structure will have a base rate and incremental per-kilogram charge with an average increase of 2.8% for oversize items.
