European Shipping - Royal Mail - Returned to Sender??!

I'm getting issues with the Royal Mail and International shipping all of a sudden. Two more today (see photos) saying they need Customs Form. I was under the impression that IOSS took care of this? Labels bought from Royal Mail online linked to Amazon, so it filled out details of the shipment, values etc.

Any ideas? Each parcel costs nearly £10 to send, then £2.50 to return, then another £10 to send out! Then the late shipping etc. Very frustrating.

They still need a CN form, even if IOSS - AFAIK.

And some countries are also getting strict about "3 copies of the invoice" on the outside in a clear wallet pouch, too.

Yes, as above reply, they do still need a CN customs form. If you buy from RM online, then these are produced at the same time as the shipping label.

When you print from click and drop it generates the CN22 for you - that needs printing as well

yes the Electrontic system is not what it says

You need a CN22

I also Mark the IOSS Number in 2-3 inch high letter on the packet

Always copies of invoice on the outside

I have had things back from Ireland for no CN22 label

Germany is the worst, print from C&D both label and CN22 put them side by side and they still return saying no CN22

As per what @Seller_ZVAz3d5lZuGid says plus I would also include a commercial invoice attached to the packet. You will also need to find and get grips with tariff codes for each product you sell as these are required on most international transactions these days.

you need to fill in CN23 coustom declaration form and attach on the parcel.

with the tarif no of the item. This form is attached on the royal mail portal.
