Submitting KYC documents after 7 years selling on Amazon

Hi there, I’ve been selling on Amazon for over 7 years now and had a great relationship with them. Amazon has asked for KYC documents which I provided 30 minutes after they requested them. My account is selling as normal but I’m not able to take any payments out. I’m owed 20k+ currently which I’m not able to withdraw and I’m needing to pay my staff.

Can anyone help me in this situation with speeding up the KYC process as it’s been over 7 days now.

HI, Dear just same thing was happened me and now my account is Deactivated my account , they ask me to give me the documents on 21 but still no update yet please
