Registering for VAT

Hi,
I am selling on Amazon for the last few years. Recently, I applied for VAT registration, can anyone please suggest what are the things we need to take care of once the VAT number is issued to us?

Do you have a good accountant ?
VAT returns need to be submitted quarterly, as far as I know.
