Brand Registry is under review forever
Hi Brand Registry team,
Could you please look at my case? I applied for Brand Registry in the beginning of December 2023 and got rejected. The decision was made since we could not verify the registered business name and business identifier (e.g. tax ID number or business ID number) provided by you at the time submitting the Brand Registry enrollment form.
Hereby, I updated the information on USPTO to emphasize that I, doing business as my LLC name, is the owner of the brand which is a pending trademark on USPTO. And then I submitted an appeal to my brand applications on Seller Central with all information of the TEAS Plus application, the amendment, my LLC registration under my name and the EIN. I submitted the appeal on Dec 26, 2023 and until now I have not heard back anything.
My whole business is put on hold right now because I cannot sell anything until I have my brand registry approved. Deeply appreciate your help reviewing my case 14535558991 and resolving it.

EVERYTHING is STILL backed up due to all the suspensions for people that simply can't be bothered to read any rules as well as other changes that they have made regarding ‘generic’ product rules.
Amazon time is not anything close to what the rest of the world recognizes as a time frame. That (insert a number) of hours used so often by Amazon can be anywhere from three days to three weeks or even longer.
For Brand Registry three weeks is getting pretty close to resolution time in MOST cases though some take even longer.
You MIGHT need a MOD to intervene and ask the Brand Registry team to close the one so you can refile IF they are rejecting it!
