Hi, Can anyone advise on this issue please?
Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm (Drop Off) buying through RM Account linked to Amz & Processing via Linnworks.
For some reason around 3-4 weeks ago the labels started printing out in 5x3.5 format when they used to print in 6.4
All other postal options print off in 6x4 format i.e tracked 48, tracked 24 etc. This issue is only affecting Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm (Drop Off)
ive checked seller central and the option for default 6x4 png is no longer there? But is there for every other service
This is causing issues with labels missing postcodes due to the size format. It is only happening with Amz and the service mentioned, all other platforms no issues
Has anyone who uses Linnworks got a workaround for this or is anyone else having same problem?
