Check that you have not filled in the Minimum Quantity box. Leave it blank and you can charge what you like.
(If you have the MOQ field filled in, the price can not exceed €10/£10.)

It is called Price Fixing. Amz are now doing this on quite a few items.
If another seller sold this item (or even a bot searching other sites sees this barcoded item) for say 9.99 then they think you are charging too much. So allow max price.
So, you may buy it in at say at 12.00, pay VAT, packaging, staff, Amz commission, but have to sell each at a loss as Amz dictate. Or, not sell the item of course, as I am sure you will find other sites to sell the item on.
If an item already on there, they could give you a violation instead.
