Customer has received the item, been refunded unable to open a SAFT-T claim as told by seller support

Hi All,

Basically a business customer has bought an item from us.

Sent via SFP, amazon have refunded about a day after delivery, we have just seen that they have been charged today and refunded straight after (as it's a deffered payment due to being a customer) no contact from customer or anyone.

We're unable to contact the customer direct as it comes up with amazons details.

Spoke with customer service, who told us to open a safe-t claim, to which the claim states once i put the order number in, to be able to claim the customer has to of been debited.

Any ideas as it's for £350.00

Many thanks

ive had the similar issue.

it seems impossible to open a safe-T claim for a invoice by amazon shipment. was yours invoice by amazon or just a normal business customer? what were the circumstances of the refund, damaged/faulty or buyer claiming they didn't get it?

I was told amazon had a specific team for 'invoice by amazon' customers to dispute refunds, i don't know myself how to contact them but amazon recommend getting in touch with seller support, who are useless as you know.
