Hope someone from Amazon can shed some light on this and help.
I have opened a brand registry application a few days ago, received a case ID, but today I received an email saying it has been answered. The case now shows as answered, but cant see any replies or updates?
Can I ask for an update on this, or see if there is anything we are missing or can do to help get this finalised.
