Copyright image infringment / intellectual property infringement
Another seller has copied one of my products, even taking one of my listing images onto their own.
I reported this through brand registery, the case was approved and the ASIN was taken down. A couple of days later I noticed it had come back under the same ASIN with the stolen image STILL THERE.
I reported it, once again it was taken down and once again it has come back, although this time the image is removed.
In the past I have mistakenly used copyrighted images, after which the listing was removed permenantly without the supply of additional proof that I had the image rights.
I have obviously not given the seller in question such permission. Does anyone know how they have managed to get their ASIN back?
Thanks in advance!
