Remove product
Hello,
I need to remove a certain brand/ products from my inventory as it has caused some issues to my account and I no longer wish to sell it again. But I am confused between "create removal order" and "delete product and listing". Can some one explain whats the difference please and thank you.

"Create removal order" means you ship the products back to you (IF the system allows it....).
"Delete product and listing" means you delete your offer in your "Manage Inventory". BUT - if you do that and have inventory in a warehouse you will pay storage fees till the end of your days. You can delete the listing abou six months after having removed all units.

To expand on Brigitte's answer, if your items are FBA, then you need to submit a Removal Order. Once that is started, your item will no longer be available on Amazon (assuming Amazon does it right).
If you are not FBA, then simply "Delete product and Listing"; alternatively, you can set your Available Inventory to "0", and the effect will be the same, but will make handling any remaining returns a bit easier.
I don't think that you need to wait 6 months to fully delete the listing; once you get everything back from Amazon, there should be no reason to not delete it (although that may actually take more than 6 months).

As @Seller_rI7BZIczK8iAC and @Seller_nRFmxiQg4EGrw have stated: A removal order is a request made to have FBA inventory returned to you. Deleting a listing will permanently remove the listing from your account.
