Product "Currently Unavailable"
Afternoon all,
First time seller, prob a simple explanation…
All my products are showing as active on Seller Central, but when I click on the link to each, they’re showing as currently unavailable. Strangely though, If I go on to Amazon with my personal account, I can see and purchase the products.
Even more strange, I shared their product from my personal account with a couple of friends and when they viewed it, it again showed as unavailable.
I’m running out of ideas and the Amazon troubleshooting doesn’t seem to cover this.

It’s a Jersey address, technically UK but not if you see what I mean.

I honestly don’t know. Just seems odd that I can potentially purchase but another account also in Jersey get the unavailable notice.

Assuming you’re in the UK, then maybe I need to do something for it to show for Jersey customers too.

OK, that’s good to hear. If the other user isn’t logged in, would that cause it to show as unavailable?
I’m just guessing now, maybe that was the issue.

It seems like it was down to the person viewing it having multiple delivery addresses but hadn’t chosen one of them. Once the address was chosen, the product became available.
